Unplug the lamp and wait until the light bulb has cooled completely.
Before cleaning glass, metal, or painted parts, we recommend wearing soft gloves. This helps prevent fingerprints and protects delicate decorative details from accidental scratches.
Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring powders, alcohol, solvents, or harsh cleaning products.

A removable glass lampshade can be washed separately from the lamp.
Use warm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid. Avoid sudden changes in temperature: cold vintage glass should never be placed directly into hot water.
Rinse the shade thoroughly after washing. For extra shine, you may add a small amount of dishwasher rinse aid to the water.
Gently blot the glass with a soft cloth and leave it to dry completely. Reattach the glass shade only when no moisture remains inside.
Do not wash fixed glass elements under running water. Clean them with a slightly damp cloth and then wipe them dry.

Clean glazed ceramic with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then carefully wipe the surface dry.
Do not allow water to enter the lamp holder, switch, electrical connections, or cord opening. Ceramic lamp bases with crackle glaze, hand-painted details, or unglazed areas require especially delicate care.
Do not use products containing acids, chlorine, or abrasive particles.

Use a light bulb with the correct base type and wattage specified in the product passport or lamp description. For vintage lamps, we recommend LED filament bulbs: they produce less heat and help protect glass shades, fabric lampshades, and decorative details.
Do not use the lamp if the cord, plug, switch, or lamp holder is damaged. Never attempt to dismantle the electrical components yourself. Repairs and component replacement should be carried out by a qualified specialist.
